Terms & Conditions — ubo365 Platform Rules and Policies

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

References to "including" or "includes" are not to be construed as limiting the generality of any preceding words. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

To register and use the ubo365 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ubo365 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 in accordance with responsible gaming best practice for the Indonesian market. We do not accept registrations from any person under 21 years of age, and we actively verify member age as part of the KYC process.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. ubo365 is designed, localised, and operated specifically for Indonesian players. Members accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for determining the legality of such access.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. If you are subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that limits your capacity to contract, you are not eligible to use ubo365.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be currently subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion period on ubo365. Attempting to register a new account while under a self-exclusion order is a material breach of these Terms.
• Single account: You must not already hold a registered account on ubo365. Each individual is permitted one active account only.
• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. You must not use false identities, fictitious names, or the identity of any other person.

ubo365 reserves the right to decline any application for registration, or to close any existing account, where it has reasonable grounds to believe the eligibility criteria are not or are no longer met, without being required to provide detailed reasons for such a decision.

To access the full range of ubo365 Services, you are required to complete the account registration process. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• Registration data: You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and a contact telephone number. This information must match the identification documents you will be required to present during KYC verification.
• Username and password: You are responsible for selecting a secure password and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ubo365 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.
• Account security: You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your correct credentials will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated that activity.
• Notification of compromise: If you suspect or become aware that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify ubo365 immediately by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. ubo365 will not be liable for losses incurred prior to notification.
• Account update obligation: You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If any registered details change — including your email address, phone number, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly.
• Dormant accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ubo365 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant account balances, subject to advance notification to the registered email address on file.

All financial transactions on ubo365 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). ubo365 does not accept foreign currency deposits. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• Supported deposit methods include bank transfer via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata, as well as e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum deposit via bank transfer: Rp 50.000. Minimum deposit via e-wallet: Rp 20.000.
• ubo365 charges zero transaction fees on all deposit methods. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt. Most deposits are processed instantly. In exceptional cases, bank transfer deposits may take up to 5 minutes during peak periods.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. Any account found to be receiving third-party deposits may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 50.000 for all methods.
• Withdrawal requests are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. Average processing time is under 5 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the ubo365 account. No third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. ubo365 reserves the right to request updated verification documents for subsequent withdrawals if there is a material change in account activity or if required by risk management procedures.
• ubo365 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to withdrawal requests above a certain threshold, which may result in additional processing time.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Only the cash component of your balance is available for withdrawal at any time.

ubo365 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the total amount you must wager before bonus funds (and, in some cases, any winnings derived therefrom) become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Standard wagering requirements at ubo365 range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Time limits: All bonuses must be used within the time period specified on the promotion page. Unused bonus funds or unmet wagering requirements that expire within the stated period will be automatically forfeited and removed from your account balance.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots and crash games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games, including baccarat and blackjack, typically contribute between 5% and 20%. Sportsbook bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or greater typically contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates are listed in the promotion detail page for each offer.
• Maximum bet restriction: While bonus funds are active in your account, the maximum single bet or wager permitted is Rp 200.000 or the equivalent in any game. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may be voided at ubo365's sole discretion.
• One bonus per promotion: Each member is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times — including via duplicate accounts — constitute abuse of the bonus system and will result in forfeiture and potential account termination.
• Bonus abuse: ubo365 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to identify patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting welcome offers via multiple accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements, and coordinated play between accounts. Where abuse is detected, ubo365 reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or terminate the account.
• Right to modify or withdraw: ubo365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not materially prejudice a Member who has already commenced meeting the wagering requirements of an active bonus.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the ubo365 platform. Product-specific rules (for example, sportsbook settlement rules, live casino table rules, and slot game rules) are published separately within each product section.

• Bet placement: All bets and wagers are final once confirmed through the Platform interface. ubo365 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except where explicitly permitted by the relevant product-specific rules (for example, the Cash Out function on sportsbook markets where available).
• Insufficient funds: ubo365 will not accept a bet if your account balance is insufficient to cover the total stake. Partial bet placement from insufficient funds is not supported.
• Technical errors: In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or communication failure that affects the integrity of a bet or game round, ubo365 reserves the right to void the affected bet or round and refund the stake to the Member's account. ubo365 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.
• Obvious errors: In the event that a bet is accepted due to an obvious or manifest pricing error — including but not limited to incorrect odds resulting from a human or system error — ubo365 reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Sportsbook: All sportsbook markets are settled in accordance with ubo365's published settlement rules. ubo365 uses official results from recognised governing bodies and data providers. In the event of a dispute regarding result data, ubo365's determination is final.
• Live Casino: Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play. The rules of each live casino game are governed by the provider's published game rules, a copy of which is accessible within each game interface.
• RNG Games and Slots: All RNG-based slot games use certified random number generators from licensed software providers. Payout percentages (RTP — return to player) for each game are disclosed within the game information panel.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ubo365. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with ubo365.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a way that is not a genuine and manual human interaction.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game malfunctions, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players — including coordinating bets, sharing hand information in live casino games, or engaging in match-fixing on sportsbook markets.
• Using the Platform in connection with any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour towards ubo365 staff or other members via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other members or attempting to circumvent the Platform's security measures.
• Depositing funds from payment instruments that you are not authorised to use, or accepting deposits from third parties into your ubo365 account.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion restrictions by registering a new account while an existing exclusion is in effect.

All content on the ubo365 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game assets, and software — is the property of ubo365 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include:

• Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written consent from ubo365.
• Using any data mining, scraping, or automated data extraction tools on any part of the Platform.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.
• Framing or embedding any part of the Platform within another website or application without express written authorisation.

The ubo365 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of ubo365. Unauthorised use of any ubo365 trademark is prohibited and may constitute infringement.

ubo365 collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on ubo365, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

In summary, ubo365 collects personal information for the following purposes:

• Account registration, identity verification, and KYC compliance.
• Processing and reconciling financial transactions.
• Delivering and improving our Services, including personalised game recommendations and promotional offers.
• Fraud detection, risk management, and responsible gaming monitoring.
• Compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) obligations.
• Customer support and communications.

ubo365 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes. For full details of how your data is used and your rights in relation to it, please review our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ubo365 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express or implied — relating to the Platform and Services, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

ubo365 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any of the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss of business opportunity or goodwill.
• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from the temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, network failure, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond ubo365's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game software providers, or data feed providers.

In all cases where ubo365's liability is not excluded by these Terms or applicable law, ubo365's total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ubo365 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 Termination by the Member

You may close your ubo365 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, ubo365 will process any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable deductions for bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by ubo365

ubo365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials or participation in money laundering schemes.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Member's bank or payment provider.
• Regulatory requirement, court order, or instruction from a law enforcement authority.
• Discovery that the Member does not satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2.

Where an account is suspended or terminated for reasons other than a breach by the Member, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method. Where termination results from a material breach by the Member, ubo365 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and legal review.

ubo365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ubo365 will notify registered Members by email to the address on record and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account in accordance with Clause 11.1.

The most current version of the Terms & Conditions is always accessible at ubo365.app/terms-conditions. We recommend bookmarking this page and reviewing it periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version became effective.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ubo365 is incorporated and licensed to operate as an international online gaming platform.

ubo365 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated gaming platform. While the Platform is specifically designed and localised to serve players resident in Indonesia, the governing legal framework for dispute resolution is that of ubo365's licensing jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between ubo365 and a Member, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Members may raise disputes by contacting ubo365 support at [email protected]. ubo365 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours (WIB business hours) and aim to resolve disputes within 14 calendar days of acknowledgement.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitral tribunal orders otherwise.
